Sales and Account Management Intern
As a Sales and Account Management Intern at Miyagami, you’ll work directly with the founder to learn how we build and maintain client relationships, sell high value digital services, and grow accounts over time. Your role will involve supporting sales operations, observing and assisting with real client interactions, and gradually taking on more responsibility in managing leads and opportunities. The goal is to give you full exposure to how B2B sales works across strategy, systems, communication, and deal making so you can confidently grow into a full time role.

The role

Responsibilities and duties
Your day-to-day responsibilities will look like this:
- Shadow the founder and assist in day to day client communication, meeting preparation, and follow ups
- Support the full B2B sales cycle from lead generation to closing by helping with outreach, tracking, and documentation
- Maintain and update CRM systems to keep sales pipelines accurate and actionable
- Help structure proposals and pitch materials that align with client needs and project goals
- Contribute to research and preparation for sales conversations, including gathering business context and identifying opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to make sure sales efforts align with delivery capacity and timelines
- Get involved in reviewing and improving internal sales processes and tooling
- Participate in sales calls, take notes, and draft next steps to help move conversations forward
- Track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement or follow up
- Learn how to structure, negotiate, and close deals that create long term value
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program in business, communication, economics, or another relevant field
- Strong interest in B2B sales, client facing roles, and the startup or tech space
- Fluent in English. Preference for proficiency in both Dutch and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow into a long term commercial role
- Attention to detail and a structured way of working
- Professional and proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Drive, or proposal platforms such as Figma is a plus but not required
